Brand new 4th full length album by Sweden's old school death metal machine RIBSPREADER. The 4th full length album sounds like the classic RIBSPREADER debut album "Bolted to The Cross". Less groovy then "Opus Ribcage", WAY more raw, harsh and old school (band leader Rogga expressed it as: "Dirty simple oldschool death metal, no frills and lots of chills"). RIBSPREADER is one of Rogga Johansson longest lasting bands (of course he is known for his bands as PAGANIZER, DEMIURG, THE GROTSEQUERY, BONEGNAWER).
"The Van Murders" is the first RIBSPREADER concept album about two killers named The Cleaner and Mr Filth. Drums on this album by Norwegian master drummer Brynjar Helgetun (Paganizer / The Grotesquery), by far the best drummer RIBSPREADER ever had. The album is mixed/mastered by Patrick Bruss (Impetigo, Deteriorot) at the Filth Chamber in Denver, Colorado, USA, who also performed lead guitars on this album.
